We understand the importance of accessible healthcare. That's why we're offering sports physicals at a self-pay fee of just $50.00 per physical. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, or checks for payment convenience.

Appointment Availability

Sports physicals will be available 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) at all three NWOS Express Clinic locations, for patients 11-19 years of age that are participating in middle school, high school, or league sports. Appointments are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

How to Schedule

As we transition to a new electronic medical record (EMR) platform, online booking for sports physicals is temporarily unavailable. At this time, sports physical appointments must be scheduled by phone. Online scheduling will return soon.
