Four Major Washington Orthopaedic Practices Launch Statewide Value Network

NWOS is proud to be part of the new Washington Orthopaedic Value Network (WOVN), a collaboration of over 200 orthopedic specialists across the state. Launching June 2025, WOVN is designed to improve patient outcomes, lower costs, and enhance access to expert care—without losing the personal touch of independent practices.
Olympia, WA – Four independent orthopaedic practices, representing more than 200 physicians across Washington State, announced today the launch of Washington Orthopaedic Value Network (WOVN), effective June 2025.
Together, Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists (Spokane County), Olympia Orthopaedic Associates (Thurston County), Proliance Surgeons (greater King County) and Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery (Clark County), collectively deliver orthopaedic care to millions of patients annually.
The network was created to provide employers and health plans with improved access, lower costs and higher quality orthopaedic care through coordinated, outcome-focused treatment protocols.

The four practices will maintain their independence while sharing clinical protocols, outcome data and best practices. WOVN plans to offer direct contracts with employers and health plans, focusing on measurable improvements in patient satisfaction, recovery times and cost per episode of care.
